Contact our customer support team via email or our online portal with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Ensure the product is unused and securely packed in its original manufacturer packaging, including all hardware, manuals, and protective materials.

Affix the provided return label to the exterior of the crate or box and arrange for a carrier pickup or drop-off at an authorized shipping location.

Inspection and Refund

Once our warehouse team inspects the item to confirm its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus any applicable restocking or shipping fees.
