Most of our saunas and hot tubs ship within 2-4 weeks. Due to their size, these items are delivered via flatbed or freight truck, and a representative will contact you to schedule a specific delivery window.

Yes, all Backcountry Recreation products carry a minimum 1-year manufacturer warranty covering structural defects. Specific premium models may offer extended coverage up to 5 years.
What is your return policy for home recreation equipment?
We offer a 30-day return window for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that due to the nature of heavy equipment, customers are responsible for return freight costs and a 15% restocking fee.
Do you offer professional installation services?
While our products are designed for DIY assembly with comprehensive manuals, we can recommend certified local contractors in many regions to assist with the setup of your sauna or cabin.

Are your wood products treated for extreme weather?
Our structures are primarily crafted from high-grade Nordic Spruce or Western Red Cedar, which are naturally resistant to decay. We recommend applying a UV-protective stain annually to maintain the wood's integrity and color.
